I've rented from this outstanding group for 3 years. When the owner of my last rental had to sell..they worked with us to find another rental. We thought so much of this group..we rented another souther property! The staff is professional and friendly. Ewa, & Spencer are amazing. They answer any question and understand renters concers. I cant recommend them enough. Give them a try..you won't be disappointed! Go southern!
Responsive when wanting to view a property, the only positive. We spoke with the realtor, loved the place and went through the process of applying. They do not make it easy. Long application, photo copies of IDS, and checks for both the application and deposit. This is just for applying to rent. Went through all of this trouble (even getting cashiers checks), just to get a call that the owner doesn’t want pets. Why was this not properly vetted before we applied. The realtor did know we had a pet and there were no exclusions.... read more
