Don’t rent from this rental company. They never return deposits. Very unprofessional and the prices are ridiculous. It’s the worst family owned company I have encountered!

Cary house - Rented April 2022 - April 2023 Not a fan of this company at all — dont let it fool you being family ran. Upon renting, we did a walk through and I took my own pics. There was a master list of damages done to the house prior to our move in, but that document was never shared with us. We’ve been renting with this company for 3 years now. They are responsive and kind. They fix things pretty promptly and do good work. We’re lucky we found them when we did!
