Jim and his team have always been helpful and courteous. We've been using Southern for nearly 3 years now and they are always there to assist whether it's fixing something in the unit, helping with renewal or providing general guidance on any question. Where you live is personal, and Southern doesn't make you feel like another number or checked box. Highly recommend if you are a property owner looking for management, or looking for a property to reside.
As property owners we appreciate all the work that Southern Property Management does. Communication is easy, and they provide very fast and reasonably priced solutions for handling any maintenance or repair problems as well.
Southern has managed the rental of a single family home for us for the last 12 years. They have done an outstanding job!
