This is the worst company I have ever done business with, I blame myself for not taking the time to research this company first. I called this morning and spoke to rep about my bills and she hang up the phone on my face. What kind of services we offer to the clients?????
Let me tell you this has got to be one of the WORST companies I have ever come across. I blame myself for not taking the time to research this company first. One Google search would have showed all the Better Business Bureau complaints on this company. There is like 4 pages from billing issues to product issues. I started my service and it took forever for them to show up. Stay away!!! This Company is a JOKE!!! My backyard now has a BIG dead spot in the middle. Trying to get a call back from mangement is impossible. Reporting them to BBB! This so called company should not be allowed to do business!!
Dave the sales rep promised that after every treatment he would come over himself and spray Round up on my pool deck since the company does not due that service. I explained to Dave that the only reason I am cancelling my current service was the Round up spray. I have had 2 treatments and no pool deck spraying. Weeds are overgrowing my pavers. This is the worst company I have ever done business with! I was not pleased with my last service and changed to them when told my lawn would never look better. After 6 months my shrubs are dead and my lawn is FUILL of weeds. STAY AWAY
I deliver mail to one of the homes they service... In the process of me delivering the mail to the house one of their workers a (black guy ) picked up the lawn blower and blew it in my face, it had grass attached to it from being wet outside and raining... I was shocked that an employee of a company would do that when I asked the guy what was he thinking and why would he do that he laughed at me this company is so unprofessional DONOT use their services!!!
this company called me , gave me the deal that 4th treatment would be free...I was told they would treat every 5-6 weeks . I was promised they would come on mondays when I was off..First tx went great I watched Harley go over the entire lawn several times....Three and a half weeks later on a wednesday I happened to be home and when I left to go do some shopping a note was on the door ...the bill for a yard treatment...I never saw any one in my back yard or side yard...called co. and the woman on the phone said do you want th... read more
I was told the same as Betty P. I was also told I would get my fourth treatment for free. I got neither and now the company is trying to bill me for the 4th treatment, which I never received. I was promised a 'golf course' after 3 months at $75.00 a month.....not even close! Weeds everywhere and ANTS in shrubs they said they'd spray. SAVE YOUR MONEY and hire Tru Green or Scott's for @ $300/yr.
