We bought into the buy 2 get 1 free deal...and were immediately dissatisfied. They had a voided check and got paid as agreed upon. Now we continue to get bills claiming we owe more $$$. We paid what we agreed on... leave us the F alone! I have faxed, emailed and still they continue....they will never get another penny from us! Definitely STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Shady shady shady
Terrible customer service. Cancelled my monthly service after they sprayed for "chinch bugs" without my authorization - still continue to bill me for the extra spraying despite numerous calls and returning the invoices with notes on them telling them I did not authorize the additional spraying. Buyer beware!!!!
Most crooked company in south fl. I will be calling the better buisness beruo! I never even signed up. I told the solister not to send anyone or come back and they send me a bill that iam not going to pay . For 103.68 $ lol they are absolutey the worst company I have ever seen.
We hired them for weed control.The second time after they came to spray our lawn our grass died. The next time they came out to treat our lawn their service person told us that the previous treatment was too strong and it killed our grass. We have contacted the company several times to repair the damage to our lawn with little success.
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. They came unannounced the last time and did not provide backyard service. Terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!
Terrible service. We were promised service for the backyard as part of the deal and the guy never even went in the backyard. As far as the front yard, the guy came once a month when we paid for twice a month. He randomly wanders around for about 3 min. spraying what looked to be water. There was no pest control, no weed killer, no fertilizer, or any of the other services that were promised. They never answer the phone and don't provide you with a fax or email so it is very difficult to cancel.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. they are terrible , they lie about there products and don't come half the time they bill you for, or do half the job when do they show up.
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE!
Yes..I've had them for 5 months now. A guy just knocked on my an hour ago. He told me he was with Southern Green and wanted fix lawn cuz my lawn looks like Shi*. I told him I already have Southern Green. I'm cancelling today. I was told the 4th Treatment was going to free too. Never Happened!!
