I called to see if my AC unit outside was rattling really loudly. The tech disassembled it and found that the fan blade had a tiny crack and that, as the fan spun faster, it was vibrating against the housing. He changed the blade and, at the same time, noticed that the condenser coils were very dirty, so he cleaned them. The unit now operates without any noise or smoothness issues. He didn't charge any extra fee for the coil cleaning, which was a pleasant surprise.

My AC was short-cycling, on and off for a few minutes without cooling the home. The technician then conducted a complete diagnostic and found that the thermostat was not reading the system correctly due to a faulty sensor. He changed the thermostat and adjusted it. Since then, the AC has been operating as usual in long cycles, and the house does cool. Excellent job.

My kitchen sink had been clogged for months, and I had used every product I could find at the store, but nothing worked. The plumber used a camera to inspect the pipe and found a root intrusion from a nearby tree into the drain line. I used to have it, and he got rid of it with hydro jetting and gave me some tips on preventing it from happening again.

Before summer really began, I made my regular appointment for AC maintenance, and I am glad I did. The technician cleaned out the coils, checked the refrigerant level and informed me that the blower motor was using too many amps and was starting to wear out. We've decided to replace it before it fails altogether. Since then, the system has been quieter and cooler. Thanks for saving me from huge problems.

One particular breaker in my electrical panel would trip every few days. I called the manager of this company for help, and the electrician arrived within 30 minutes. He tested the circuit and found that a loose connection behind the panel caused the intermittent overloads. He tightened and secured it all, tested it again and explained why it was happening. I paid him extra charges not for his quick work, but for his accurate inspection.

Southern Coast is actually a 5 star company. I want quick appointment for my furnace problem. Technician came in an hour, was amiable and clarified the issue before starting work. The furnace repair has not been accompanied by any complications and the cost of the work done was reasonable. Positive experience!

The drains of my backyard were blocked so i called out this company. Technician came with his apparatus, found the precise place of the obstruction, and told me, in a quit inteelligible manner. All the blockages has been now opened. I am happy to found a good company and definitely gonna called for future problems.
