I've been having problems with low water pressure for weeks before calling Southern Coast. The plumber also quickly ruled out the various possibilities and repaired the problem that day, and strenuously tested all the fixtures before leaving. Very knowledgeable team.

My air conditioner started making some funny noises at night, so I called to see what was going on, but I didn't expect it to be fixed the next day. Rather, they were quicker to respond than I ever could have thought, and someone arrived quickly. They repaired efficiently, and the unit has been running quietly since then. Drain backups persisted for months, and no one could determine the cause. Southern Coast then conducted a camera inspection, and they finally found what was blocking the line. After viewing the video, we realized everything, and the repair solved the problem completely. If you're looking for a temporary fix, this is definitely one to call.

What impressed me most was the line of communication from the very beginning of the repair through the end of the visit. When the technician arrived and conducted the testing, he explained what he was testing, why the problem occurred, and how to avoid it in the future. Highly recommended!

We had a strange odor from our electrical panel and knew it wasn't something we could ignore. I like that Southern Coast Services did not immediately suggest a replacement but went through a diagnostic process first. The technician explained the exact reason the capacitor failed and showed a worn capacitor before installing a replacement.

After seeing warm air seeping from the vents around 3:45 pm, I called them for the AC issue. The repairman conducted an overall check, didn't rush into repairs, and immediately found a refrigerant leak. The cooling problem was corrected and the system tested, after which the cooling was restored to normal. The appointment went well from start to end.
