At the end of the summer, I decided to put a ceiling fan in my living room because it was too hot there. After I called an electrician, Chris showed up to provide me a hand. When asked for advice on where to find the fan, he was both knowledgeable and helpful. For the sake of a quiet installation, Chris double-checked that all the necessary settings were in place. Now that I have the fan, my living room is cozier, and it also adds a lovely touch.

When two basements flooded, we knew it was time to put in a sump pump. Drainage company employee Mike came out to give a detailed rundown of the process. He double-checked the sump pump installation and made sure it was the right size for our basement to prevent any future flooding. Mike double-checked everything before leaving, and the installation went off without a hitch. No more issues with the basement's water supply, even after heavy rains, thanks to the sump pump.
