My garbage disposal stopped working, leaving a smelly mess in my sink. The plumber checked it out and found a jammed disposal. He was able to clear the jam and also gave me tips on how to prevent future problems with food scraps.
My outdoor lights kept tripping the breaker. Mike came out and discovered a faulty wire connection in the light fixture itself. He repaired it expertly and explained why it was happening. So knowledgeable and professional!

We needed a new dishwasher installed, but I wasn't sure how. Steve explained everything beforehand and also helped us choose the right dishwasher model. The installation was quick and neat, and Steve answered all my questions patiently.

The technician found that the thermostat inside the unit was malfunctioning and not accurately reading the water temperature. After replacing it, the heater stayed consistent.
