We needed a new dishwasher installed, but I wasn't sure how. Steve explained everything beforehand and also helped us choose the right dishwasher model. The installation was quick and neat, and Steve answered all my questions patiently.

The water heater kept shutting off in the middle of use. I’d have to reset it every other day, which got old fast. The technician found that the thermostat inside the unit was malfunctioning and not accurately reading the water temperature. After replacing it, the heater stayed consistent. It’s nice to take a shower without wondering if the hot water will cut off halfway.

We had water backing up into the tub, and it smelled awful. I had already tried clearing it myself, but nothing worked. I called Southern Coast, and when Mike came by, they found a blockage way down the main line. They cleared it out using a jetting system, and the drains have been perfect since. I appreciated how quickly it was handled without making a mess.

When Steve checked out our plumbing issue, I mentioned that the water would sputter and shake the pipes every time we turned on the tap. They said it was likely trapped air and a loose connection that were causing the vibration. They tightened the fitting, flushed the line, and showed me how to prevent it in the future. It hasn’t happened again.

The AC was making this high-pitched whining noise that got louder every time it ran. I thought it was just the fan, but the technician said the motor bearings were going bad. He replaced the blower motor and then tested the entire unit. Now it runs quietly again. I didn’t realize how loud it had gotten until it wasn’t anymore. It’s been working great ever since.

All the outlets in our garage stopped working in the morning. I checked the panel and didn't see anything obvious, so I scheduled a visit. The technician found a faulty GFCI that had malfunctioned and was affecting the entire circuit. He replaced it and made sure the rest were still good. I didn't know one outlet could mess up so many others. It's good to have everything back to normal again.
