Southern Coast Services' AC maintenance was a great success. The technician arrived on time, at a professional level and was very thorough when conducting the inspection. He looked at the key parts, cleaned the system and explained what needed to be done, but didn't make any unnecessary work for us. Now our AC is operating much more efficiently and the whole operation was straightforward and easy.

One day my air conditioner blew some hot air on a really hot day and I had a great time with the Southern Coast Services. Their technician was on time and spent time fully checking the system. He broke down the problem in a simple manner and then gave a precise price for the repair work. The issue was addressed on the visit and the workspace was cleaned prior to his departure. I really appreciated the prompt and professional service.

I've been having problems with low water pressure for weeks before calling Southern Coast. The plumber also quickly ruled out the various possibilities and repaired the problem that day, and strenuously tested all the fixtures before leaving. Very knowledgeable team.

My air conditioner started making some funny noises at night, so I called to see what was going on, but I didn't expect it to be fixed the next day. Rather, they were quicker to respond than I ever could have thought, and someone arrived quickly. They repaired efficiently, and the unit has been running quietly since then. Great emergency service.

Drain backups persisted for months, and no one could determine the cause. Southern Coast then conducted a camera inspection, and they finally found what was blocking the line. After viewing the video, we realized everything, and the repair solved the problem completely. If you're looking for a temporary fix, this is definitely one to call.

What impressed me most was the line of communication from the very beginning of the repair through the end of the visit. When the technician arrived and conducted the testing, he explained what he was testing, why the problem occurred, and how to avoid it in the future. Highly recommended!

I liked that the tech was clear during our plumbing appointment. He reviewed the problem, offered several repair options and reported on the advantages and disadvantages of each. No pressure on the cost of the services chosen.

We had a strange odor from our electrical panel and knew it wasn't something we could ignore. The electrician carefully diagnosed the problem, replaced the damaged breaker and then thoroughly tested the electric panel after the replacement. He was so attentive to safety that we were totally at ease.

We had one part in our house that kept going on and off, so we had an inspection of that. Rather than taking a random shot, the tech took a systematic approach to testing each circuit until he found a loose connection. All was mended safely, and he checked that everything was indeed solved. I was sure of the quality of the work.
