An unusually high water bill was reported, but the source of the water could not be found. They had a thorough inspection procedure and eventually found a leak that their plumber could not see from the outside. They did a neat job on the repair and double-checked it before they left. The electrician conducted a thorough examination of the electrical panel, checked all circuits involved and identified one connection that appeared damaged and could pose a safety risk. When a number of sinks, toilets and drains began to slow down at the same time, we became concerned. The issue seemed to affect the entire house, so we called Southern Coast Services to have them inspect it. The technician suggested using a camera to inspect the sewer line and determine exactly where the blockage was. So before summer really got hot, I booked regular AC servicing with a service company called Southern Coast Services to prevent a no-show. The technician was prompt and inspected in greater detail than other companies. He cleaned the coils, checked the refrigerant pressures, examined the electrical connections, tested the thermostat, replaced the filter and measured the airflow and temperature difference.
