I saw a trickle coming from under my kitchen sink, and it had been for several days. I thought it was just minor work, but when the plumber arrived at my house in Delray Beach, he saw that the pipe fitting was rusted and on the verge of giving way. He immediately replaced the section and observed that the water pressure in the line was elevated; he adjusted the pressure regulator to prevent damage to the remaining pipes. Very thorough.

I had Southern Coast Services replace my entire HVAC system, and from the moment I called them until the last handshake, it was a first-class experience. The installation crew was very professional and efficient, and completed the installation in about half a day. This has been the most even cooling the house has ever experienced. Very impressed..

Around the kitchen, I have 2 outlets that suddenly went dead. The electrician came out and traced it to a tripped GFCI connected to 6 outlets. I fixed it in 20 minutes and didn't suggest any extra services I didn't need. and already told the whole group chat to save their number.

I highly recommend this book, rating it 5 stars without hesitation. Once we were introduced to our first EV, Southern Coast put a Level 2 charging station in our home in Palm Beach Gardens. The electrician checked our panel, confirmed we had capacity, placed the charger in the garage, and the installation was very quick. He even explained how to configure the app's settings. Just a little sparkle, but it did the trick. So far, nothing has gone wrong since that day.

Routine AC tune-up before the heat of the summer started, and it was a great thing to do! The technician found a worn-out contactor on the verge of failure in peak season; this would be an emergency repair. Visit, inspection, and price are determined quickly, honestly and fairly. This is the proactive service that saves a ton of cash over time.

After 12 years, our old AC unit finally broke, and I was dreading the whole replacement process because of, well, you know, the cost, the mess and the unknown. The people at Southern Coast took me through each option without any pressure, helped me select something within my house's square footage and within my budget, and installed everything properly, all in one day. They even removed the old unit. I don't sleep in my bed as I sleep in the house of God.

The AC unit was more than 12 years old, and we had been thinking of replacing or repairing it. Southern Coast did the efficiency test and provided us with a transparent calculation of the cost of repairs versus the monthly savings on energy bills for a new unit. They did not push us in either, just gave facts. We selected a replacement, and it was installed the same day. From the initial bill, there's been a noticeable decrease in energy use.

We had lots of water bills, notably, and I knew there was a leak somewhere, but I couldn't see anything obvious. The plumber performed a pressure test on the main line and confirmed a slow underground leak. Using a listening device, he found it and repaired it with a small hole in the ground, without destroying the whole yard. The bill returned to normal the next month.
