My old bathroom pipes were backing up every time I took a shower, so I called for emergency plumbing help from Southern Coast Services. A plumber arrived with a high-pressure jet and cleared out all the hair and gunk that was stuck deep in the floor. He didn't leave any muddy footprints on my carpet, and the drain works perfectly now. It was a relief to get that gross mess cleaned up so I could use my tub again.

The first thing I noticed when the plumber arrived was that he actually had a clean uniform and put on floor protectors before stepping onto my tile. That might seem small, but in my experience, it’s a huge indicator of the quality of work to come. I had a leaky shut-off valve behind the toilet that was starting to warp the baseboard. He replaced it in about 20 minutes and even dried up the little bit of water that was under the tank. Solid 5 stars for the service.

If you have a toddler, you know that anything can end up in the toilet. For us, it was a rogue plastic dinosaur that decided to go for a swim. We were totally backed up, and I was panicking because, well, kids don't wait for the plumbing to work. Southern Coast sent someone out within two hours. They used a specialized auger to get the toy out without damaging the porcelain. The tech was so nice about it, too. Absolutely, my first call from now on.

There is nothing worse than having your main sewer line back up when you have a house full of guests. It was a total nightmare scenario. I called Southern Coast because a neighbor recommended them, and I’m so glad I did. They treated it like the emergency it was. They did a hydro-jetting service that cleared everything out, and they were so thorough about making sure everything was flowing perfectly before they left. I can't thank them enough.

We’ve been dealing with a slow leak under the master tub for weeks. The tech was very straightforward about the cost before he even picked up a wrench. I was happy this issue got taken care of properly. The slow drains had been causing problems in different parts of the house. I booked these guys for the job; they checked the line to find what was blocking it. The cleaning was done during the same visit. Water started flowing normally again soon after.
