Been coming here for years: Waiting time are ridiculous. Reading other reviews, the problem still exists.
I have had 3 appointments at this office. Each time my visit lasts approximately 3 to 4 hours even though the actual time I spend with the Doctor and staff is less than 30 minutes total. I am actually writing this review at my appointment where I have already been waiting 2.5 hours and have not been seen by the doctor yet. The doctor is great and the staff is fine but this wait time is outrageous. No matter how early or late in the day you make the appointment expect to wait for a while.
The doctor saved my sight and I am very, very thankful for that. His shots are painless and I also appreciate that. Very good specialist. For the most part, his staff is very professional and very helpful. There is a long wait, but I understand that. This last time however, I was annoyed..I have been going to his office for several months and as I said, the staff has been professional and friendly. Dr. Agee has saved my sight and for this I am very, very grateful. My dad went blind with Macular Degeneration and Dr. Agee has restored almost perfect vision for me. However, this time I felt like I was part of a mill. A lot of patients coming through with little one on one care. No one really took time to talk to me. I felt like a slab of meat.
