Incredibly unprofessional to make people wait over 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. Either reschedule or be on time.
I took my grandmother to an appt expecting it to be short, sweet, and to the point considering it was a follow up appointment. Boy was I wrong. The wait time is absolutely INSANE. Both waiting rooms are over crowded. You check in and wait in the lobby. Then moved to another waiting room where you just wait and wait and wait. After 2 hours we left. It was already after 6pm. The wait time is absolutely atrocious. You schedule an appt time but don’t even get brought back for 30 minutes-1hr. Then they just move you to a secondary waiting room where you wait another hour. They absolutely overbook and this is not acceptable. Plus their bedside manner is terrible and the office staff gossip and talk about patients loudly for everyone in the waiting room to hear.
My husband has been seeing Dr Sullivan for several years and I’ve only seen him once for a different problem. We are very satisfied with Dr Sullivan and his office staff are great also. There is a long wait but very organized! PARKING is our biggest problem! It is such a close area with way to many cars! It’s actually an accident waiting to happen!
Excellent and consistent treatment during every visit. Dr. Agee has helped to improve my vision in a positive and supportive way. He is great!
