When I had a ruptured blood vessel behind my eye, my optometrist scheduled an urgent appointment with them. Everyone there was so pleasant that it really helped me relax. I had full confidence in the staff and the doctors. I'm so grateful for them and the help they were able to give me. Also the check in and out process was swift and easy. It is true that I was in waiting rooms a lot but they were comfortable and had entertaining videos on the TV to watch. Being there a few hours did not bother me. Thanks to my sweet asian doctor for restoring my eyesight, I won't mention her name, but she will know. I highly recommend her and southern, the process has been painful at times but that is OK. So, the highest praise to them and eye care of chattanooga. They stepped up when my previous doctor did not.

I had a great experience with staff and doctor.They do an awesome job and the process went smoothly.The wait time was not long before I was seen.They have an excellent staff. I highly recommend this place for eye doctors.There expertise in eye Retina and also detection of eye cancer.
