Took my mother for her appointment. Was informed it had been rescheduled. They did not call. I had to have someone come and take care of the second person I care for. In total four people were inconvenienced because they couldn't call. It takes my mother all day to get ready for appointments. To be treated like this is very disrespectful. (This has been taken care if. We received an apology. They have said it should never have happened. I believe the problem has been taken care of.)
The receptionist and tech staff are top notch! Since they moved buildings they have more space and CONSISTENTLY OVER book patients such that most every appt takes 2.5-3hrs. Typically 45+ mins + after your scheduled appointment time for a tech to take you back and get started on the process. The another 20 mins after the eye exam in the secondary waiting room then another 20-30 mins in the tertiary waiting room after they take pics of your retina resulting in consistently,absurdly, long treatment visits. Nice, clean, organized place. Scheduling is awful. You will wait 1-3 hours. They know it's an issue and it's by design. There are multiple waiting rooms through out the facility. It's designed to maximize profits. One giant cattle call.
