Southbridge was a very amazing experience. The staff and atmosphere was very luxurious, upbeat and delicate. The staff was courteous and the spa next door was a five star experience! Whenever I stay in Napa Valley St Helena, this is going to be my go to hotel destination! (:

We had a great stay at Southbridge Napa Valley. The location is excellent--walking distance to Main Street in St. Helena, surrounded by tons of restaurants, and right next to the health spa, which is a huge bonus. The price felt reasonable for the area, especially considering breakfast is included and delivered directly to your room. That added a really nice, relaxed touch to the mornings. The rooms are overpriced for what they offer. The bathrooms look like motel 6. Very small and small paper packages with product provided not enough for 2 people. Very cheap packaging. They say water is provided but not bottled. There are containers filled with water unsealed so don't know how long it was there or who put it there. Unfortunately the heater was not working it was 59 degrees in the room. Space heater was offered but the room was too large and too cold for it to work.
