Since we have moved to Florida a year ago we were refered to Southbay and fell in love with the staff and our dog loves the way he is treated and does not freak out when we enter the doors as he has done before
This was my first visit to this business to get my dog vaccinated. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30am and arrived 10min early. Receptionist put us in a room and that was that. No one ever made contact with us to acknowledge we were there or let us know that the Dr. was running behind. I understand that emergencies happen, and would have understood. What's ironic, it only took 7 minutes for the office manager to call me after I walked out the door.
Such a great place! Everyone is so friendly and nice! My animals feel safe and loved there. Thank you for all you do!!
