RecommendedThese guys are great. Love Dr. Wade. She really does all she can to make things a pleasant experience when having to visit the vets office. I called in the am with a sick dog and the staff did everything they could to get me in quickly to figure out what was going on with my dog. Had to relinquish him to them at the door and wait in the car but they called me several times during his visit to tell me what and how he was doing. These guys are awesome.
This place is amazing...the Dr.s & Staff are so compassionate and friendly. Good customer service every time and they actually care about you and your pet.

We love Southbay! They are always so great with my pups.. your animal is not just a $ sign to them; they truly care about the animals and they have their best interest at heart. The staff is always amazing with handling the passing of a fur baby. They were very kind and gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye! We only will take our fur babies here 😀

I can’t thank this staff enough. Even though we are not established patients, I ran my dog Bella there during an emergency. Nevertheless while the COVID hysteria is going on. They treated me with open arms, and comforted me during my time of panic, fear and grief. Unfortunately my Bella did not make it but I’m so grateful that I chose this practice to go during this time. What a wonderful vet! The staff is so caring. My two dogs love going there! We recently had a very sick dog and within 2 days he had almost bounced back due to the care he received from them. They take excellent care of our fur babies!!
