I can’t say enough about Southbay & Dr. Wade! Our pup Rosie is quite a handful and had multiple emergent visits to the vet for ingesting things she shouldn’t. Most recently she swallowed a whole entire tennis ball. Dr. Wade stayed after hours to perform emergency surgery on our little tot! Dr. Wade & Amber stayed after did the surgery and stayed with Rosie while she recovered. They are both so sweet and caring and always care for my girls like they are their own! They make a anxious dog mom feel at ease! �
Dr Fritz is wonderful. She truly cars about our fur babies AND their guardians. My 16 yr old son had to say good bye to his precious cat Missie. She was dx with cancer (that metastases ) at only age 7. Dr Fritz made a little memorial present for my son of Missie's fur, in a pretty silver box. He still (8 mo. later) still keeps it on his nights stand and occasionally toches it when he is stressed. She was his support (especially when he was bullied at age 12, and when his Nana died at age 14 ) I highly recommend them!
Outstanding Veterinarians and Staff! Their kindness and love are evident in the way each pet it treated with patience and gentleness. My Labradors adore them.
They're so good to our doggy and really take their time to answer all of your questions to where you never feel rushed! We appreciate it! ���
We have been taking our cats here since 2013, and we are so glad to find a very loving, and amazing staff. Dr. Gramling is the most thoughtful and caring Veterinarian we have ever seen. She always goes above and beyond to ensure our pets are taken care of, and she treats them as if they were own. We are so grateful and thankful for the staff of Southbay Animal Hospital and Dr. Gramling. Words will never be able to express our sincere gratitude.
What a great first impression! I was taken right back to a room after check and someone was waiting for me and my dog. Dr Gramling was very informative about what was going with Carmella.
