It’s an emergency room...waiting is expected. The staff was wonderful, but one gentleman stood out from the rest and was exceptional. Rusty put my daughter at ease, was extremely professional and was simply a joy to be around. He is definitely an asset to the establishment!! �
I called to get basic information and the clerk couldn't even answer simple insurance questions. Now I know why they hve horrible reviews. Totally pathetic!!!!!
They took us right away but we waited for ever for the Dr. to come see my son. My bill was ridiculously high at the end.
