I took my husband will a shoulder pain and the Doctor told us that why was he there that it wasn't a problem to be in the ER he was very rude he didn't want to take any x-rays he told us to go back to her doctor he kept on disagreeing with me very rude I will never go back there you can die they will not help you at least the doctors the staff was very nice but that doctor Tavares is not nice how is hearing that way he was talking to all the patients there and he's not nice no compassion he's not bringing business into that ... read more
Its been the second I've been their and the service was awesome.... They attended me easily way muvh better then the other hospitals around from Edinburg, McAllen, and Mission.
I had been in day prior. I had a very painful swollen ankle. Had problem for months but now more swollen and can't walk on it. I was told not broken and given a splint and crutches. Within 2 hours the splint was causing me severe pain. 3 hours later I couldn't take pain anymore. So I took it off to see splint was not made right and cut into the bottom of my foot. I returned to this place to be told it's only temporary and did I see a orthopedic yet. I said I only had it on for 5 hours. And how would I get into a orthopedic i... read more
I took my son in w his asthma out of control and as soon as we step in, we were attended and staff is awesome, his nurse Lee was very attentive to my son's needs as well as Dr.Fanning, never felt so welcomed and truly cared for at any other emergency room...They are such blessings and highly recommend this location! Keep up the awesome job STHS�!
I've taken both my son and daughter and as far as nurses and doctors it was great service so sad the person at the reception is very rude when asking why I'm there with my kids as if we are bothering him or something...
Gracias les doy a todo el personal de STHS de mission porsu atencion hacia mi persona y en especial a lad 2 enfermeras que me atendieron que no supe su nombre ellas se poetaron muy bien al cortsrme el anillo que lo hisieron con muncho tacto sin lastimarme . Se los recomiendo.
