Brought my daughter in seen, due pain index finger, was treated so rude by triage nurse Vicki, she made us feel like , crap, we were not emergency, that we needed to find a family doctor, we were about to walk out, but were put in obs room, waited to be seen , as we waited the more we wanted to walk out, but thank God for good hearted staff of Amanda RN, and Dr. Trevino, they treated us with care and understanding, my daughter had infection.
