I went in with very bad pain RA and philipina nurse was very nice , tec young man very incompetent I asked him for a blanket he totally ignored me , the 2nd nurse (male) talking about homeless patient to the incompetent tec. Dr was ok she saw me ordered my meds . I got discharged with pain and I took off my own IV . I was never asked if I was feeling better . It's the worst. ... I DON'T recommend this ER .
Very bad staff.Doctor was ok .but will go else where for better care and service !

Some of the staff was incompetent. I had severe pain, yet I didn't get pain medication until 2 hours after arrival. African female doctor is a joke. They treated me like I was being rude and this was bothering them. Well f**k you. Learn how to do your job and you won't get treated like that. You have to alleviate pain. I had gall stones and they gave me antacids. Idiots.
I brought my son in on a Sunday. They are extremely helpful and took us right in as we walked in. Fast and great customer service! So happy they took great care of my 3 year old. Thank you to the staff!!
