This was my experience today , this is only about the doctor , DR. Zamora ! , the nurse in triage was great, so was registration and the screener as well. I went in for a cut on my pinky that happen a wk ago , I asked if he could at least see it and he told me no because he was only seeing Real Emergencies not me. I’m sorry this was my emergency and it was not exciting for you Doc. now I have been there before and I have never had any problems with none of the doctors only this janitor looking one. they completely ignore you when you ask for something and one of the ladies in the front is very rude then gets mad at patients for her own mistakes!
Very professional staff, Superior service, I was taken care if fast. I was very impressed. I wasted my time at 3 different places before I found STHRER at Mission. Godspeed
Stop taking people to these scams they want to pass off as hospitals!! Most of the time they aren't equipped to handle anything unless it's seriously minor. They're popping up all over but they're just another way to take your insurance money since they end up transferring you out to a bigger hospital anyway. Avoid these small e.r.'s and just go to a regular hospital!
The doctor was so rude, said it was not an emergency, I had my daughter, they run some X-rays and the doctor with a mad face walks in and said everything was fine an literally walked out in Les then 40 seconds!!! I walked out on them and haven’t received a call or asking what happened!!! I’m so disappointed on them I didn’t get the name of the doctor but it was on Monday 12/3/18 at night!!!
