Dr. Jacob is the best dentist I have ever had! She is very patient and does a really good job everytime I go! Would definitely recommend her!!
I went to the clinic yesterday and I thought it was really getto in there. Customer service was horrible. The front desk staff were rude and they did not greet me when I walked in. This was the first time that I had went there. I expect to get greeted if you are taking money from me and my insurance. After examing me the dentist did not speak to me directly she actually had a mask over her mouth so I couldnt hear a thing what was coming out her mouth. this office put crowns on my childs teeth and i went to a different dentist and they said they where put on wrong and hes teeth need to be pulled because the teeth had went bad.

I have to right this review because i work in the customer service industry and this clinic needs help with how they speak to people and the dentist should talk to the parent more about whats going on with their childs teeth, when i took my son in the front desk staff were very rude in how they spoke to me and they made sure to let me know over and over that the dentist would not see my child until we pay 37.00 that i owed them from a prior visit , which i knew that and was fine with it. then you get back there FINALLY with ... read more

I brought my daughter here for her check up and the dentist Dr. Bhakta is so rude she didnt even introduce herself, she spoke only to the assistant and said nothing to me about my childs teeth.
