Big shout out to South Pointe Toyota. Rolled up with car problems at 12:30. Figured out the problem ordered parts out of Vancouver and rented a car and continued on our holiday adventure by 1:30pm. They are hoping to fix the truck tomorrow morning. Gotta love people who provide service above and beyond #Kim #Jackey.
The second car I've bought here. I've always been treated great, and any issues I've had have always been dealt with promptly. I've also gotten several referral bonuses from them which was nice!
@SP_Toyota Don't buy your Toyota @SP_toyota ! Once they have your money their give-a-sh*t disappears. 2 vehicles bought, both deliveries screwed up, no consideration for you or your time! Should've learned the first time! Stay away!
I bought my Camry at South Pointe 3 years ago and the service guys are great. I really appreciate the fact that they acually come out and explain in detail exactly what was done...even with the oil change. Great job always.
