They are so shady! They pressured my husband to put down a $500 deposit to look at a vehicle and it wasn’t even on site. He changed his mind and decided to go with something else (still hadn’t seen their vehicle) and they refused to give back the deposit, even though they told him they would give it back. And he signed nothing that said it was a “non-refundable deposit”. When he asked for a copy of everything, they wouldn’t give it to him. Not impressed!
They are very professionals with good customer service. Business transaction is very fast. They are so reliable to give best that suit you. Therefore, South Pointe Toyota is highly recommended to Canadians.

We got our van serviced here. When we picked it up, it had a flat tire by the time we got it home. They refused to do anything for us, even though it was obviously their fault. Really disappointing, since we were loyal customers.
i bought a used 2017 camry from rafeal. have nothing but good things about this place.
Worst customer service ever. All offers are not real. I was there last week shopping for leasing a rav4. First the manager had no time to see us. The person helping us was new & trying his best. The manager Like has no respect for his customers. This morning I was contacted again for 0% and when I came here I was told it is 5%. NO RESPECT FOR MY TIME & fake advertising.
