Great service techs and support staff. Would rather bring my vehicles to the dealership than another shop. All my records are kept here as well.

Service Dept is useless. Made an appt for winter tires 5 days in advance and they overbooked. Told me to bring my car back. Won't buy here again.
No response to communications. i bought my Totoya RAV 4 in Dec 2017 along with the service package. i was told as i bought new vehicle i'll get Aeroplan miles. things didn't get resolved till March 2018 end with multiple communications to sales man Earnesto and manager Alex. On Service package i was told when i'll come for service i'll get points by finance manager. when i went for my first service they told me that as i'm not paying anything i don't get any points.
