These guys are cheats, they’ll sell you the car and won’t honor the service agreements.Better go to other dealers who value your business.NEVER BUY THINGS FROM HERE.

put a deposit down on sienna in Dec 2021, promised was going to get it by March and if there is any model available they would call me. for couple months, no follow up, no updates, kept messaging them, told me to check beginning of every month, until June 2022 came and said they couldn't deliver my car for another 2 years. meanwhile, some customer "got lucky " and got their Sienna in 3 weeks!!!I had a nightmare trying to get my deposit refunded.dealt with Kevin and zak

worst service department I've ever been too nothing but liars told they fixed my shocks 4 times but every time I pick the truck up the noise is still there told me they drove my truck for almost 2 hours to diag the problem and my toyota app tells me differently sais they only went 1km for 5 mins ... not impressed with this experience at all would never send anyone here for a service or a new vehicle go elsewhere negative zero stars
While I think the sales team at South Pointe are great, their service department, not so much. I had my truck in for service and was told my rear shocks that were replaced just over two years ago were leaking. I opted to put in some better after market shocks elsewhere and upon inspecting the shocks the were supposedly leaking were NOT and are completely fine. I find it disheartening that a Toyota certified tech would do that. So yes but from them. Don’t service through them.
