The customer service is great. The fact that they never seem to actually fix anything on my truck doesn't make me happy. It's a pretty vicious cycle, great customer service to get you to come back. Horrible service on your vehicle, keeps you coming back because everything breaks down.
Did not care for our business! My husband and I walked in searching for a minivan. No customers were there, the receptionist did not look up and greet us, and all salespeople were leaned against the walls playing with phones. We went over to the Sienna and for 15 minutes nobody came to greet us!! There was even an employee sitting 3 ft away at his desk playing with his phone. What a waste of our time! Had to replace my 2014 Venza after writing it off. Zack, Adam and Corey made it seamless. Ended up replacing it with a 2015 Venza. Thanks for all your help, so very much appreciated!
My opinion by far the best dealership in Calgary. I own 2 cars a cavalier and a sunfire got the windows tinted on both cars , love it looks great. I get all my servicing done here at South pointe
