We were recently assisted by Adam McDow when looking for a new Highlander. His level of service was exceptional. He provided us with all the information we requested, including detailed comparisons of the different Highlander trim levels and fact sheets on other comparable vehicles from other manufactures. Stay away from the service department. They charged us $85 to take out a loose but that was rattling in the back door on a vehicle that’s under full warranty. With no warning
Super frustrated with this dealership. First bought our vehicle years ago... Sold a 2way starter that they had no clue how to install. WE drove the vehicle to Edmonton (another of the dealerships) so their "expert" could look at the problem, unsuccessfully and NO gas coverage. It's been nothing but frustrating. Traded in this vehicle more than 2 years ago with a new dealership and these guys still contact us after many requests to leave us alone. Their Sales team is great but don't be fooled. they can to me with one price and when we got to finance if was increased by 10000 and deal on paper was never shown to us.don't trust this dealer or these people/toyota japan would be ashamed!!!!!!!!

We had experienced a very professional service from the service department today. Special and huge thank you to Le Tran who had been very patient with us the whole time that we were there. He did really demonstrate a good role model on customer service!
Avoid South Pointe Toyota in Calgary, Alberta. Put a deposit on a car, deal did not go through. Could not get deposit back. Strangely enough finance officer and manager are unreachable. General manager very clearly described why I'm not eligible for a refund. Many dealerships more reasonable, avoid these guys.
