Pretty darn sad when you book your vehicle in for an oil change for 7am and at 430 pm they still haven't touched it. Will not be bringing our vehicles back here for service.
Horrible sales team! They lied to us to get a deal...I guess hard times in the economy brings out the shady side in them. Do not waste your time or money here.

The sales person name hafiz is a verygood sales associate who helped me to get my brand new toyota corrola, after a few.month he kept in touch with me asking how's the car and if there's anything he can help me regarding my car. So i totally recommend him to anyone who's planning to buy a new car. Just look for hafiz at the toyota south pointe.
They do not stand behind their word. Had my cousin buy a car and was told I would get $100.00 never happened. Seems they want your money and that's it. Stressed my feelings to the service manager and boom I was unreasonable because I have a passion for my car and know when I'm getting screwed over. My sales guy, parts guys and my service guys all good people. If they went to another dealership I would follow. Lost my business because of management. Such a shame
