The process of purchasing our new (to us) Tundra pickup, and fitting it with the items we asked for, went smoothly. I recently returned for a new set of brakes, and that also went smoothly. I feel it's a good dealership, with a staff that's very reasonable and helpful. Check them out when the need arises...
I called in to the service department today and spoke to a young girl at the desk who wasn't interested in my situation so I asked to speak to a manager she pointed out a guy to me in the service area and told me to see him (no introduction she just said he's called Trent ) So I went to see him and told him my situation he was completely understanding and helped me out without any hesitation what a great guy .This is my second vehicle from south pointe and have always had great service from them
They put up a front that they want your business When you want to do business with them it's their way or NO WAY They are disrepectful, will send you to the curb with out hesitation They won't even accommodate you on warrantee work / recalls Michael Servos the service manager won't even respond to your concerns. this guy would not be representing my business So if they won't service your vehicle why would you buy one from here? One star only to post the review Tha name says it all Going SOUTH and that's a POINTE
