I can only say great things about South Pointe Honda and Steven Moore. Great customer service!!! Steven was wonderful to work with and really made our 2 hour drive to Tulsa worth it. This is my second purchase from this dealership and I will go back again. Great prices and great people. I encourage anyone who is looking for a car to visit South Pointe in Tulsa. They will treat you good and work with you. Again, thank you Steven Moore and I love my new 2015 CR-V!!!!

Totaled my lovely '13 civic and dreaded car shopping because I just knew I would have a difficult time trying to replace my "Maggie". Found south point on the Internet and gave them a general idea what I was looking for. The first car John Farmer showed us was perfect. Even when little snags tried to disrupt our buying experience, he did a great job being a "go between". Big shoutout to the rest of your staff! They made the experience great

Better Business Bureau Case # 38068887 American Honda Case # 06530492 I’m positive this will be deleted but here it is. COMPLETE RIP OFF . I bought a used 2006 accord hybrid for my daughter. They showed me the paperwork that said it had a new battery. not the starting battery. Well two months later the engine light came on took it in and said it needed a new battery. 4000 bucks. I told them I just bought it from you guys a couple months ago and was suppose to be a new battery in. So the tech came back and said the only battery that was put in was a starting battery. Josh Mcneil was our salesman, and did a great job getting us in a car. BUT, after the sale the entire company as whole has been terrible at any kind of customer service. They hit our credit with four hard hits, even though we were assured repeatedly that they would only do one. It wasn't until my girlfriend sent a copy of the credit hits, did Mr Mcneil finally get back in touch with her. As a service manager for over ten years, I am very impressed with all of the employees I had the pleasure of meeting today. I want to especially thank Robert Wise. He made our purchase very comfortable and relaxing. I don't usually expect that when buying a car, thank you Robert! I hope you get the praise you deserve. First class customer service! We had kinda a strange situation after the purchase of our van and the dealership really stepped up to the plate to make sure we were taken care of right. I highly recommend this dealership along with Doug and Clay over in Used Car Sales!

I will never buy a vehicle at south Pointe Honda ever again. I've purchased 2 vehicles there and referred my son and they sold him a piece if crap. He's had it 2 wks and can't drive it. We had to return the car a day after purchase and replaced the radiator. Picked it up with more problems that will cost around $2000 to fix and dealership won't return my calls. Now my son is stuck with a loan payment and a vehicle that is unreliable
