I came to south pointe Honda looking for a red Honda Fit. My salesman was Charlie Shore. He was very nice and very helpful in getting me the car I had my heart set on getting!!! I got the red Honda Fit. I love this car and thanks to Charlie I was able to get one today. He is the best!

American Honda set us up an appointment to get service for 3 recalls. We were told that they would have a loaner vehicle here for us since it would take several hours. When we arrived we were told that they do not have loaner vehicles unless they do not have the parts. They assured us the service would take between 1.5 and 2 hours. It has now been over 3 hours and we are still here. We certainly will not be coming back here.
