Patti Austin sold me an excellent preowned vehicle this past week. Patti Austin helped me find the car that was right for me. She was patient and very well informed about all the cars we looked at. She helped me every step of the way and made sure I was satisfied! I had a great experience with her and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
My sales associate, Steven Moore was very helpful on the purchase of a new Honda Civic. He allowed me as much time as I needed to test drive and evaluate several cars without the high pressure and games which is unlike many other dealerships. Once I slected the car I wanted to purchase, the finance department made the whole process very smooth. One more thing. Steven Moore was my salesman. He was very easy to deal with and made the process as convenient as possible. But, I had agreed to an out the door price, but then three was an additional fee. It was minimal but still not what was agreed to. The car had been cleaned but not what I would call detailed. The finance manager, did not provide very good customer service.
Sales Manager Steve and salesman Steven Moore were excellent to work with and very quick to help us find exactly what we wanted with financing to fit our budget. Thank you South Pointe Honda, you took the pressure and stress out of buying our new vehicle.
