Not happy with our buying experience back in 2014. Continued using service department for warranty purposes. Every time I go they come up with all types of extra work I “need” at inflated prices. The wait time is always long and nearly every person there is told they need additional service. Not impressed at all. I get better service at 4-Star Imports or another mechanic. We bought another Honda since from Don Carlton. Easiest, most pleasant buying experience we’ve ever had. I will not be returning to Southpointe.

I’ve purchased several cars over the years from South Point. My most recent purchase was a new 2016 CRV. I’ve been taking this car to their service department for 4.5 years. The service I received today was by far the VERY best service I’ve ever received. Oil change, tires rotated, brake fluid and new wiper blades and car was finished in an hour. Keep up the good work. Yes, I made an appointment for an “off” time.
If you are looking for a new vehicle you should check out South Pointe Honda in Tulsa. I am so glad that I did! It was well worth the two hour drive it took to get here. I highly recommend Paul Hallock the salesman that helped me. Thank you Paul I love driving my new Mazda CX-5!
