-Five out of Five Service- Serviced a Honda CRV 2015. Oil change, tire rotation and brake fluid change. Prompt greeting by polite service advisor Justin in medical mask on drive in observing COVID-19 precautions. Social distancing in waiting room. Used a coupon for oil change plus a 15% off brake fluid change.Tire rotation free as I bought tires there previously. Excellent service!
Troy K was awesome! We had restrictions on how far we could travel due to special Coronavirus regulations where I work, and even though we live outside the Tulsa area, Troy went above and beyond to help us get the Honda Odyssey that we wanted for our growing family. I would highly recommend Troy and South Pointe Honda for their excellent customer service!
We recently had our 2014 Ford Fusion there and had a transmission installed. To say the team at South Pointe Honda was amazing is an understatement. Chris Cox, Chris Gibson, Steve Davis, Paul Brussard and the mechanic that fixed our car ( I'm unsure of his name), went above and beyond. This team not only did an upstanding job on our car but they also saved us 3000 dollars.
