We just purchased a 2nd vehicle from South Pointe Honda. The experience was great again. No back and forth, no haggling, no stress. We had come in 2 times prior to do test drives then decided it was the one. The process was quick and painless. Would recommend purchasing from SPH for sure!

Everything was like clockwork I was treated very well. Everything was explained to me. The service could not have been better. I feel confident that my car was in good hands. The facilities were clean the employees were friendly and all safety precautions were being used. Thank you Honda. I am a happy customer😊 I will recommend you to my friends.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Marcus Palmer was the most disrespectful and arrogant person to deal with and he wasn’t even the sales associate. While trying to buy a brand new car, he rudely tells us to “get up and leave” as well as “step up and buy the car” terrible customer service south pointe Honda, maybe step up the customer service and customers will step up and buy the car.

Amazing experience! Haven't bought a new car in a very long time. Process was very easy, our salesman was very nice, easy to talk to as well as informed about what we were looking at. It was a very smooth and genuinely amazing experience. Can't thank every enough who helped us. From start to finish was maybe an hour, with them detailing the car. We will definitely be back!

Being from out of town I have to take advantage of the service department waiting room. Unless you make an early morning appointment your wait is generally 2 hours. Was prepared for this. Was not prepared to wait with the non enforcement of other costumers who choose not to social distance or wear a facemask. Hopefully the pandemic will be over before my Honda needs to be serviced again. If not, I will jump naked backwards through a hoop of fire before taking use of the South Pointe Honda waiting area.

Terrible. My Honda Ridgeline 3 years old falling apart. Go to get an oil change then same day engine lights come on. Wanting $1000 for fuel injectors. No warranty. Sears was bad. This is WORSE!!!!

Made an appointment to have the recalls repaired on our vehicle. Made an appointment and was able to drop off the evening before. Repairs were made, parts ordered for what needs to still be repaired and tires rotated and oil changed all relatively quickly. Picked up the vehicle the next day with no issues.

Purchased my van in January 2020 and have had it at this service location 3 times. All 3 visits have been terrible experiences with the last one occurring this morning. Leaking tire that was ignored after being in for service to be looked at that we then took the vehicle on a long road trip. Ended up causing more damage to the tire and needing the tire replaced after just 8 months owning the vehicle (so they said). Arguing with the service rep today over providing a rental vehicle due to my van being in service for 5+ hours ... read more
