I'm sorry the other patient had such a bad experience with this group. I'm fairly new to them but it's been nothing but excellent. No, I didn't ask for a reminder call but I've come to learn that this is not the norm these days. So I personally have been very happy with the the services provided. I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time. And Dr. Fitzpatrick's PA Steve is such a gentle yet professional healthcare provider
We've used them more often than we wish we'd need to LOL. Dr Fitzpatrick and Dr. Rhyan rock. They are great "explainers" which is super critical to us.
