Mike, from the service department is the single most condacending and insulting individual we have ever come across with. He treats clients like criminals. We will never again make use of the services at South Motors Volkswagen due to his lack of respect for the clients, and we will make sure that our friends, relatives and business partners are aware of this individuals demeanor towards clients. We will also make a written complaint which we will forward to VW headquarters at the Aktiengesellschaft in Wolfsburg, Germany.
