didn't get back to me with a written proposal for a jetta. judging by the other reviews i shouldn't be surprised. owell i guess i will have to go out of my way to go to gunther. at least they provided a quote via email
I took my car in for a water pump leak and was informed that they would be able to take care of me, but that it would take a couple of hours and they did not have any loaners. I appreciated the fact that the were transparent with me and set the expectation for the wait time. My car was returned to me by the expected time, it had been washed and all fluids topped off. I had a great experience with the service department and would recommend to other VW owners. 😊
