I'm very agree with Volkswagen company I think that I will continue doing business with them because they are a serious company Because they offer opportunities to the customers.
I was promised a reimbursement for a hotel fee that I had to pay because the service department failed to do the maintenance that I paid for. I live in Key West and could not drive my VW back home so I had to get a hotel and take it back to them the next day. I have continued to call Chris the service manager and also a person with the name of Alex that is also involved regarding this and he has blatantly ignored my calls and will not return my messages.
Best Service EVER!! Mike B. In the service department is the BEST!! Honest & loyal!! Because of him I kept my business there for years . 37 months later, after moving to GA and questioning what the dealership here was telling me, I called him for advice. He not only remembered who I was, he provided me with amazing accurate information. Only wish I lived back in South Fla to buy my next VW there because of his awesome customer service!! Thank you for being loyal to your past customers.
