I responded to an Autotrader ad for a vehicle advertised at $14,888. The offer sheet was sent to me with a $899 "dealer fee" added. The dealer fee is nothing more than added margin and they have no excuse for it. Don't expect to get the price they advertise.
RecommendedI live a few blocks from the vw dealer who is in the palmetto and the 57 and I drive up to vw south motors for the service, it is a unique team, from the service or cleaning staff to the manager they all greet you as if you were one more of the family and in fact we are since we drive a vw
The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. I called everyday for the last 10 days sometimes multiple times a day, no one is available, no one returns calls! I have a signed document that they own me $300 more then received for my trade in, plus it took over a month for my bank to receive the check, Which occurred interest on my old loan! Go anywhere else!!!
They will lie to you about cars being certified pre owned and waste your time.
thieves, swindlers, never take your car here, you think it was fixed but it's not true .. they are thieves
Today I discovered that these thieves charged me for a Coil pack service on my VW CC and they never changed them so they just put the same old ones tied up with tie wraps
Best service, so accommodating. I was attended for the minute I walked in, they gave me my space to think and make my decision with no pressure and rush. I was given all my options clearly and they really helped me out with my credit approval. Leased 2 cars, a CC and an EOS, bought 1 Ford explorer and was happy with the cars and service!
