This is my favorite Sutter. The medical staff is great. I hate getting blood work done, but the phlebotomists are quick and painless. Front desk can be rude and sort of put your business out there. I would rate 5 stars if it wasn't for them.
Posting for my mom: Called radiology to make an appointment/follow up after many calls and appointments later, was transfered from people to people, after 30 mins, told me protocol was to hang up... Called again and was put on hold for OVER AN HOUR. And when we have gotten an appointment in the past, nobody knows anything. Very bad
Great service from Lorna at the Manteca office on my new cpap machine she was very knowledgeable and nice to to talk to. She deserves a raise and corner office with a view. When I return I will definitely ask for her to assist me.
Claimed to take my insurance online but when I arrived at the appointment they didn’t. Then I wasn’t able to pay out of pocket for the appointment because of the plan I have…. If you can’t take the insurance why does it matter what I plan I have to pay out of pocket? Don’t come here
