Useless. Charged me $150 to tell me my sump pump was working when it clearly was not. Quoted an outlandishly high price for replacing the pump. Lousy at returning phone calls. Lousy at making/keeping appointments. I called a different plumber and had the pump replaced within a few days and 30% cheaper.
Very rude and unprofessional to my family after we have spent thousands over the years. Many other plumbers out there who are much more courteous and respectful!

Professional, proficient, and fair pricing. Bob and his 2 assistants replaced our 20+ year old furnace and central AC systems in just over four hours. They were courteous and conscientious as well.
