I hate to say it, but this place is a scam. Before my session even started, I was told they always recommend treatment. I have 1 year sober. I went along and finished the session; at the end, she recommended 12 weeks of therapy sessions at $50 a session (they do not take Florida blue)! They said they would complete the paperwork I need for court, but it’s been 2 weeks.
These people are just flat out rude. They don’t have any respect because they think everyone is drug addicts. These people tried to make me do treatment just for money. I can’t believe this.
If I could give these people a -5 review, I absolutely would. Beware of these scammers! It’s a Wife (therapist) and husband owned Agency, that doesn’t know how to bill therapy visits correctly to the insurance company. They will have the audacity to come to you several months later telling you, that you owe a balance despite having assured you there is no co pay. I went in for a substance abuse evaluation with Miss Lisa. It was court ordered for me to have an assessment. And she was not one just to make you take the classes or the therapy sessions she actually said that I probably didn't need them. Which made me ask for them because she is just so amazing and I felt like she could help me and she did.
