I went in for a substance abuse evaluation with Miss Lisa. It was court ordered for me to have an assessment. And she was not one just to make you take the classes or the therapy sessions she actually said that I probably didn't need them. Which made me ask for them because she is just so amazing and I felt like she could help me and she did. If I were able to give 0 stars, I sure would. I am beyond disgusted and disappointed in Richard, the director of South Florida Therapeutic Solutions. Mr. Coberly is one of the people who oversees the organization's day-to-day activities. This facility treats patients who may be struggling with mental illnesses. That being said, Richard has no regard for the needs of these patients, has absolutely no manners, and is cruel. My personal experience with Psychologist Lisa Brophy has been excellent. She is very smart, kind and very professional. However, as a customer, I felt bad with the girl who works in the front. And I don't leave a bad review because Lisa is not to blame.
Horrible experience. They don't really care. Just there for the check. Not willing to work with you.
