Overall pleased with my first visit and decision to make the change to a new provider. My only feedback was the wait. I was there an hour after my appointment time before I saw the doctor. Dr. Dejean was patient and took the time to listen. The staff were also pleasant.
Very pleasant experience overall. The Dr and her staff are very nice and professional.

Disorganized, incompetent and inconsiderate! Made an appointment as a first time patient and once I arrived I was told that the person who took my information created my file but didn’t put the appointment in the system. Even though it was their mistake still the doctor didn’t see me because her incompetent staff didn’t schedule me even though she took all my information and told me I had an appointment. Don’t waste your time as this practice obviously cannot be trusted.
All I can say is I love Dr. Dejean and her staff.
