I received a list of providers that include this eye's office. When I called to make an appointment I found the most rudest woman on the phone who didn't let me talk at all, she kept interrupting saying "you are not understanding, we don't take your insurance, you don't understand". What I was trying to say was that my insurance updated me that the vision was no longer Cigna but it was under another name. I finally hung up to this disgusting woman.
