Unprofessional office. Staff and doctorz are rude and disrespectful. Never come here they will waste ur time. The manager has no idea what she's doing there. She's a waste of space.
This office and its staff are extremely unprofessional. I had a scheduled telephone visit to review important lab results, which I confirmed for 3:15 PM. Earlier that morning, the office called me to collect my $30 copay, which I paid over the phone before ever speaking with the doctor. Despite the confirmed appointment time, the doctor called me at 2:58 PM, earlier than scheduled, and I missed the call because my alarm was set for 3:00 PM.
