i see a woman from our condo gave them five stars yet she voted to have them removed so something is not right here. The won law suit against that company says it all!
Well, unfortunately we pay this company and do not get any “professional service”, last facts: The budget for 2026 was approved the day December 4th, but the owners do not know yet how much they should be for the HOA starting from tomorrow morning… Robert, Owner in Meridian Manor South Beach
So happy when they left our Condo. Such a feeling of relief. I won't go into details but the star and the statement should be sufficient to know my opinion without having them argue about the rating. They will anyway but the warning is out there now.
If you're looking for a responsive and professional management company, South Florida Condominium Management is NOT it. They are completely unresponsive, making it nearly impossible to get issues addressed in a timely manner. Transparency is nonexistent—they provide vague or misleading information, leaving residents frustrated and in the dark about important matters.
