Latest update, we won a consent decree from the DBPR concerning the man DW their office manager or whatever he calls himself, gossiping about a disabled senior that reports violations and his technique of getting old people to opt out of sharing their emails so no one can interact here. Now new president who works for the Mayor and Commissioners has control here with this Management and we just can't wait til they finally get the 50 year recertification and we can sell and get out.They got fined and have to do things which t... read more

I wrote a review before but for some reason they delete them? All I can say is for a senior I have suffered daily since this office Manager DW has taken authoritarian control of our condo in Miami Beach Fl. I warn anyone that thinks they will benefit from this Company to reconsider. The pain and suffering he has caused my family is sad and especially during and after the pandemic, he has gotten the BOD to also follow his path of non transparency and dictatorial treatment towards us. We replaced our prior management with SFCM 18 months a ago and it's been a massive improvement for our building. On-site manager is responsive, we have professional reporting, online portal, and a full service management team. Definitely recommend.
