Love everyone here! While on vacation (with no plans to buy a car) My fiancé ran across the exact Denali I had been debating on buying back home on their website. They made the purchase of my brand new Yukon Denali seamless! And even had it delivered directly to my driveway all the way in the Bay Area so I didn't have to add miles driving it home. Big shout out to Selene, Patty and David Garitta, you guys are awesome!! All my San Diego peeps go check them out if you're shopping for a new vehicle!! ��
SERVICE DEPARTMENT: Quick check-in; waited for car comfortably in lounge w/coffee service while reading Stephen King's THE DREAMCATCHER; loved the free exterior wash. Car runs great. Always treated with respect and understanding by Service Manager Robert.
The sales representative was very helpful Alexa. She gave me price and confirmed by manager. Once we arrived from 1.5 hours away in El Centro they did not honor price negotiated and wanted to force a lease on me. The managers ruined the sale terrible service by management.
I have never been so insulted in my entire life! The manager, Hassan Golandam, literally laughed in my face. After being there literally 3 hours for the 3rd day in a row. They literally tried to manipulate the numbers and think I wouldn't notice. And then when I requested both invoices that were shown to me in order to review them side by side and keep them for my records they were miraculously shredded and no one knew what I was talking about...
