My service guy Mark has been really great by informing me of everything that’s been going on with my vehicle so I highly recommend if anyone has a GMC take it to them and they will make sure that everything is checked and everything is running right before you leave.

Total garbage service. I’m so disappointed. I bought a used 2019 truck with only 12k miles and two days later it broke down on me. I attempted to get it towed and serviced and I was put on hold up to 20 minutes. I had to call 6 times, every time some one said they would call me back. I’ve been bounced around from person to person. They never did called me back. I’m on day 3 with a broken down truck sitting in my driveway. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed. This is definitely the last time I ever do business with them.

I usually don’t write reviews but today GMC parts department deserves it. Yesterday I purchased a part i may have needed in preparation for a repair. Turns out I did not need the part and returned it in less than 24 hrs. I understand the restock policy but I asked if I could be cut a break because of the duration I had the part and included that I was currently in negotiations for a $80,000 purchase on a truck. We recently purchased a used truck from them and after a couple weeks the transmission went out. The team replaced it and made it right without charging us a dime. They even gave us a loaner truck during the interim. Great recovery customer service!
