Took my husband to get an MRI. The facility is so quiet, warm, and comforting. Every employee we interacted with was helpful and kind. The radiologist even gave my husband a DVD of his MRI so he could bring it home to look, just to satisfy curiosity. If ever we have to select a hospital for tests/evaluations, we will drive to Ark City.
I had a procedure done and the surgery staff was wonderful to me. I was nervous and each one i encountered from lola at reception to all the nurses and anesthesiologist to dr.was comforting to me reassuring me through it all. Thanks for having wonderful caring staff.
The staff is always so caring and makes you feel right at home!
