I had my child here, the staff was horrible. they wouldn't even give me me medicine on time and they left the roller under me (what they use to slide u from bed to operating table) for two day! there was only two nurses I even had respect for after being there almost a week! the ER here is a joke, I got sick and went and they check me for strep and said I was fine and sent me home days later as I continue to get worse I go to Winfield to find out I have infective tonsillitis and may have to have my tonsils removed! I have been to the ER several times. i was always recieved quality, prompt attention. Most importantly, on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 they saved my husband's life when he had a major stroke. i will always recommend our hospital and will be forever grateful.

I just called to make sure that my husband could come in early to have xray done before dr appt next week. I was told that he was on schedule for 1 pm when his appt. is at 115. I asked so we are not able to come in today to get xray. I was told no that they did not have the orders just that he was on the schedule. Very unprofessional wish I could have done at Winfield they would do it at anytime.

My dad went here last week. They told us the he only needed stitches and said that an x-ray would not be necessary. This week he went to his regular doctor and they told him he had 5 fractures. They have horrible service, don’t know what they are doing. Would not recommend to anyone.

Incompetent, rude, willfully destructive to their patients if they decide they do not like them. Clear out your staff and start over.

I was very pleased with the efficiency of all the staff during my stay. Everyone was pleasant and kind. Everything was explained to me. I never had to wait long for help at anytime day or night. Keep up the good work.

Been here multiple times.. Prefer it over Winfield. Have lung issues and throat issues.. The staff is easy going, professional and understanding. Would not have it any other way. Thank you for your help tonight to the staff of South Central/AC Hospital.
